We will have one phone call through calendly regarding your visions for your project as well as your budget for the project. During the phone call we can schedule a free estimate so we can measure and discuss in detail the scope of your project.
After the consultation and estimate, our team will provide one free art concept and three revisions regarding your project. If you decide to go with a detailed design for your project, the cost would be $3,000. The detailed version will include a presentation of the design, this includes both 2d and 3d design. *Disclaimer* For the free art concept, this includes a 3d design only where the project would be as specified. This doesn’t include in great detail the house to be similar to the owner’s house. The free design is only an art concept.
After the consultation and design we can sign a contract and start the work as soon as possible!
This phase is the best phase because you will witness the start and ending of your project! Our team will work closely with the owners making sure there is always communication everyday. Project managing will be number one making sure materials are stored safely in the backyard or front while building your vision. Making sure everything is cleaned before the day is over is also important. Together we will build something great.
